Are your products eco-friendly?

We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content.

How long is coffee good for?

Our coffee should be stored long term between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, at about 30 to 50 percent humidity. Roasted coffee should be kept in an air tight container. You can store roasted coffees without much flavor loss for about a year unopened, or 2 years in the freezer. Coffee is still good past these dates if kept properly, but flavor fades away quickly over time. Once you open coffee you should plan to use it up within a week for the best flavor. That is why it is always best to buy small amounts instead of 5 pound packages.

Answer: We focus our efforts on 4 main areas: North America, Latin America, Asia and Africa. 

How can I get involved?

Answer: Every time you buy a bag of coffee from Rated Outdoors Coffee, we plant a tree.

Where do you ship?

We are currently only shipping to the Continental United States.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

How can I cancel or edit my order?

Because our orders process so quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order after it has been placed.

What if the order never arrives?

If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement.
